Music City Expo Details
WHERE: McKnight/StarPlex Park - Murfreesboro, TN
ENTRY & GATE FEE: The entry fee for this event is $525.
There will be a gate fee for this event and it will be as follows:
PLAYER PROFILES: Teams are encouraged to bring their own player profiles sheets and post them at the field they are participating at.
FORMAT: All teams will play a combination of five pool games on (Sat & Sun) and bracket play will begin after the pool play games have concluded on Sunday.
**TEAMS MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY AT 8AM on Saturday**
HOW TO ENTER: This is a USSSA sanctioned event and all teams entering this event will need to be USSSA sanctioned. Entry registrations will only be accepted via the online entry process. All entry fees are non-refundable unless your team is not accepted then a full refund will be issued.
DEADLINE: We will take registrations until we are full or when the cut off date has been reached.
REFUND POLICY: If your team is accepted into the tournament and drops out with two weeks or more until the event start date a 75% refund will be granted provided we find another team to take your place, if we can't NO refund will be issued. If your team drops out with less than two weeks until the event date NO refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued within two weeks after the tournament has concluded.
WEATHER POLICY: If weather issues arise and the tournament gets rained out completely a 90% refund will be granted to all teams. If your team plays one or more games NO refund will be issued.
GAME BALLS: Teams are responsible for supplying game balls and any .47 core / 375 compression yellow optic leather ball will be fine.
HOTEL POLICY: This is NOT a stay to play event. We get discounted rooms through the chamber of commerce and we ask that you stay in these rooms so we can get comp rooms for the college coaches and umpires that attend.
