Event DetailsWELCOM: Welcome to the 2024 Tennessee USSSA State Championship. Come play the best of the best and compete to be crowned champions and receive championship rings.
FORMAT: This event will feature a format of one pool game followed by double elimination.
Teams will need to have their rosters and guest players online before the event starts. If a team does not have all their players on their roster, they are subject to forfeiture. If teams do not have USSSA insurance, teams must email a copy of their insurance to [email protected] before their first game.
SEEDING FOR BRACKET PLAY:
USSSA Points
GAME TIME/RUN RULE: All game times will be 65 minutes finish the inning. The mercy rule will be in effect (12/3, 10/4, 8/5). No tie breaker will be played in pool play. In bracket play international tie breaker will be played.
PRE GAME INFO: Home team will be the official scorekeeper. Home team will be decided by coin flip in pool play and the higher seeded team will have the option in bracket play.
PROTEST INFO: Protest fee is $200 cash and is refundable if upheld by the tournament director or UIC. All protests must be made prior to the next pitch. You can not protest judgment calls.
GAME BALLS: Will be furnished by the teams in pool play and the tournament in bracket play.
ROSTERS: All players must be on your USSSA roster before your first game or you are subject to forfeiture. This includes guest players as well.
GUEST PLAYERS: If you are picking up players from another USSSA team, this must be done online by logging into your USSSA account.
BIRTH CERTIFICATES: Must be on hand at the event in case another team protests the age of one of your players.
The tournament director reserves the right to reschedule, delay start times or cancel games if conditions warrant it.

The entry fee for this event is $285 and can be paid by logging into your USSSA account or teams can click the link above and pay their entry fee by Venmo or Paypal as well. Teams are not officially in the event until the entry fee has been paid.

Admission$250
The team gate fee for this event is $250 and can only be paid by Venmo by clicking the link above.
We will not take an individual gate at this event, the team gate fee is put in place of a traditional gate. No wristbands, stamps, tickets etc. Everyone can come and go as they please.

REFUND POLICY
*No refunds are issued to teams that drop out for any reason once that division has become full, two weeks prior to the event or once the schedule has been completed. For a National Event we must receive a month’s notice for a full refund to be issued.
Weather Related Scenario:
A 100% entry & gate fee refund will be given to teams that do not start any game in an event.
A 50% entry fee refund will be given to teams starting less than ½ of its scheduled games.
No entry fee refund will be given to teams starting ½ or more of its scheduled games.
No gate refund will be given if one game or more is played.
